1. The profession. The delivery platforms only accept سائق شاحنة صغيرة (small truck driver). If yours says something else, pick Something else and write what the card actually says. Send the form anyway, and we will tell you what changing it takes.
2. How long is left. It should have at least 3 months on it. If less, renewing it is at your own cost. Give us the date exactly as printed.
